Our products are warranted to the extent hereinafter provided against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. We will replace any item found to be defective for the foregoing reasons. This Warranty shall not apply to any item which has been subject to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or improper maintenance.
The Warranty constitutes our entire and only warranty and we shall not be responsible for damages resulting from the use of our product by purchaser or others nor for consequential resulting for such use. There is no implied Warranty of fitness or merchantability.
